since things are getting (re) heated in this league rn, here are my morals in the case that it wasnt already evident!

i am pro transgender! trans women deserve to play and even trans men in this league (if they wish to). i do think the t-men should go to the nhl, but seeing as that is unlikely, having them here is better than not playing at all. trans players are not your enemy, and they sure arent mine

i firmly believe sports should be a recreational and/or relaxing and comfortable place for everyone. and i mean everyone. hockey is for everyone.

Pretty sure knight didn’t actually have a real choice in the matter, but the sound of it she got efo’d by vegas and put her foot down and the best alternative was the trade to Detroit, at least that’s what the rumours say

I had to go read some expansion rules because this process is Hell on Earth and so so confusing. Okay so she HAD to sign with Vegas, but why did she force a trade to Detroit? She was still basically on the west coast with Vegas and was still in a neighboring state to her family in Idaho. Maybe she wanted to be with Bilka and Barnes or realized the west coast time zone was making travel and performance hard I mean idk

side note, it is crazy she wasn't protected for a second year in a row. maybe she is trying to win "captain of the most teams" award
