Unpopular opinion, but I don't think Viv's character was destroyed at all this season. She was always very ambitious and for her, getting the education for her future was the most important thing. That was clear even in season 2.

So it makes sense that Hope saw that and deliberately manipulated Viv, a teenager, to behave like that for the school. It makes sense for her character AND in the end Viv realized that what she did was wrong and even organized all that to discredit Hope and let the students be themselves!

So yeah, I don't think Viv was bad this season. Like yeah she made mistakes, but that's what makes her a well-written character!
