lifted items that have changed my life: a novel by me
🌿too-faced better than sex mascara - as someone with lisa simpson eyelashes this actually gives me long, black fluttering eyelashes to break boys hearts :)
🌿VS panties - most people say these are overrated and to an extent i agree due to the price, but wearing cute + comfy panties makes me feel so much more confident that those shitty cotton underwear than comes in packs of 4
🌿fenty puma creepers - i get so many compliments on my babies every time i wear them, i love them sm. also £120 on a pair of shoes is ridiculous so i’m super happy i got them for free
🌿blankets and cushions - things like blankets and cushions may seem like a luxury but i get a hugely better sleep now than before + i feel like a rich bitch in the morning waking up engulfed in silk and satin
list your items below if u want ✨
on-floor concealing methods
first and foremost, always conceal in a blindspot! if there aren’t any natural ones, duck down to create one or, if you’re with a lifting buddy, have them stand between you and the camera.
♥ clothing rack
pick up an item and walk over to a clothing rack. go to a clothing rack and, with the same hand as the item, pretend to look through the clothes. as your hand is deep in the rack, either sleeve the item or drop it into your purse. this is a great, natural way to create a blindspot.
♥ double and sleeve
this is the most basic sleight-of-hand and is something every lifter needs to have in their tool belt. this works for long and small items, like lipgloss or mascara. grab two of the same item, hold them as if they’re one, and slide one into your sleeve. you can do this while swinging your arm to propel the item into your sleeve, or just put it subtly in with your fingers.
♥ drop
this works for bigger items. wedge several items between your elbow and ribs. “accidentally” drop one of them from your elbow into your bag as if you had too many items and one of them just fell into your bag accidentally.
♥ lightning conceal
this one is literally just putting something into your purse as quickly as possible. ONLY do this in a blindspot as it’s very obvious the intent is to steal the item.
♥ starbucks cup
get an opaque coffee cup, cut an X into the bottom, and shove little items (concealer, lip gloss, mascara etc) into it. if you do it properly they shouldn’t fall you. you can also pad the cup.
♥ food bag
get a bag of food from the mall food court. eat some and leave some food in there. drop items into your bag. if you get sussed, you can eat food out of the bag. an alternative of this is to put a hole in the side of the bag and put items through the hole rather than just through the top of the bag.
♥ armpit
tuck something under your armpit and either walk out with it there or walk to a blindspot and lightning conceal.
♥ long skirt
wear tight spandex and, when squatting in front of a low shelf at sephora or ulta, push your skirt up slightly and slide a small item into it. pallettes may fit in the waistband. make sure you practice this at home to make sure they’re tight enough and nothing will fall out.
♥ phone
hold something small between your hand and your phone and then put your phone and item back into your purse like you’re only holding your phone.
liftblr really needs more posts like these. hauls are really cool to look at and see the stuff people managed to steal, and they’re good to get ideas on what you wanna lift next, but ultimately i feel like these posts are the most helpful
i woke up to a text from my friend inviting me to the mall. what happens next has capitalists and loss prevention SHAKING THEIR HEADS!
block user @/imwatchingyourselfishasslift they’re an extreme anti who condones violence against |!fters and is an overall shitty human being! their whole blog consists of reblogs from the community that primarily have a ton of notes.
🗣 THIS IS WHY WE DON’T USE TAGS NOR REBLOG POSTS WITH TONS OF NOTES. 🗣 stay safe guys and be smart about what you reblog on here!

A possible method for Stærbüçks (untested)
Bring your laptop, notebooks, highlights/pens, or something to look like you will be there a while.
Order a drink or snack.
Sit down and eat and browse your phone or something. Look non-sus and like a normal customer.
Leave your stuff at your table (but keep an eye on it! Don’t want your stuff stolen) and browse their cups, snacks and stuff like that.
Here’s the beautiful little thing about this method: it’s not stealing if you bring what you want to your table. pick what you want up and bring it to your table. If someone confronts you about it say that you were gonna pay for it when you left. Remember, you haven’t committed a crime there yet so they have no reason to do you like this. But if someone does this, especially an employee, I’d recommend not going through with it. But if it’s just a nosy customer wait for them to leave and finish your heist.
Stay at your table a bit longer, act like a normal customer and all that jazz. Then, put your goodies in your bag like you totally paid for them and aren’t stealing them and then leave with your new cups and/or treats 🙂
THIS IS UNTESTED. If you try this, know before hand that it is not foolproof. I have never tried it because I always go to Stærbûçks with my mother. Try at your own risk!
they won’t notice. they never do. I’ve seen when people do this (my friend uses similar techniques). starbucks employees aren’t trained on protecting their goods, they’re here just to make coffee. they’re busy.
but I don’t recommend taking snacks. they usually want you to pay for them the minute you pick it up
and a tip: hide it behind your laptop when you’re leaving. or a book. like, slide your almost stolen goodie off the table and cover the item with book and just make it look like it’s only the book/laptop, hide your things and item behind it and voila, you’re ready to go.
I do this.
CAN CONFIRM! I am a Starbucks barista and I work register most of the time and I don’t even notice! If we are BUSY then I’m 100000000% not caring about. And even if we are slow I might notice you bring it back to your table but if you wait long enough I’ll forget. And we can’t do anything about it even if you lift. We have a policy against it. All we can do is mark it out💖
i can’t wait to do this
LIFTING / BOOSTING IDEA
I'm going to do this literally whenever I go to Sälly Bëäütý Süpplý but I'm going to lift an acrylic nail kit and extra things for it.
Now WHY may you ask me? Well..
1. You can teach yourself how to give yourself acrylic nails so you don't have to go to a salon and get them done. Spend your boosting or just regular money on something else more expensive! Every basic acrylic set is like 30-35. Plus, you can customize them however way you want with what you can lift! I ordered a little nail filing drill from Wish to get the more real feel but you can get course buffers from Sällý's! And I know for a fact there is a 27 dollar odorless acrylic nail kit for beginners at that store.
2. You can OFFER YOUR SERVICES to your friends and make money! I live at uni and I have already told some of my friends I'm going to learn how to do acrylic nails so if they want acrylic nails or just a good mani/pedi, I will do it for cheap. Like full set for 20 or 15 for those I really love, good painted manicure and pedicure (no acrylic) for 10. I can make extra money around campus because I'm already bomb af at doing eyebrows and makeup and I'm basically going to run a bootleg salon.
3. You learn a valuable skill that will save you money for the rest of your life! This can be a hobby and even a passion if you love beauty stuff like I do! If you have the time to sit down in a salon which I know damn well is at least half an hour if they rush your nails, you have the time to actually learn how to do it for yourself and it will be so rewarding to see yourself making yourself more beautiful. There are tons of videos and tutorials online and if you lift all your supplies, you are golden! A free skill that will give you an opportunity to make money without having to steal a whole even more!
Hope some others will get a kick out of this idea. Love you all!!
I love this sm😌
