Too many songs about parties, not enough songs about witches performing midnight rituals
It’s been like three thousand years and they still haven’t figured it out.
Decor aesthetic goal for my future home: “the village witch lives here, but she’s a good witch. probably. we think.”
…Rider-Waite tarot but this dude walks in front of every single scene and tells you what to think of it like he’s a Twilight Zone narrator.
“If you have no other reason to live, live out of spite.”
Why do we need an April Fool’s Day when I’m a Fool Everyday

Important reminder from someone who is both a witch and a geologist.
Do some research on the physical geological properties of crystals (and the chemical and physical risks of the elements they contain) and your use of them in your craft will be better for it.
Some crystals color fades in direct sunlight, like amethyst and fluorite so those are better to charge in moonlight than sunlight.
Some crystals are ok to add to water for spells or potions or making moon water, it depends on the solubility.
Plain quartz is fine to add to water for example, but malachite or pyrite would dissolve hurting the stone and making the water toxic. Serpentine contains thin crystalin sobers that break off and heart the lungs like asbestos, galena is another word for lead which is also dangerous to ingest.
Rocks can add a lot to your witchcraft practice but remember research them, to keep safety in mind and to consider how the things you do will effect the rocks and vice versa.

Two little mice on a pile of spell books
the longer im alive the more i realize that i should have been raised by a witch in a small cottage in a forest close to a small town where i can have one(1) human friend among my feral cat and deer buddies and i can learn about herbalism
