I've been doing a lot of cardio. I walk my son to the bus stop and then run for 3 miles. And I also picked up a new hobby beside working out. I'm now couponing.

Thank you for tagging me @fatfedfit 1⃣I’m a mother to beautiful 6 years old boy. 2⃣I started my pregnancy out at 120 LBS my senior year in high school. 3⃣I’ve gained 80 LBS by the end of my pregnancy and stayed at 200 LBS even after giving birth. 4⃣I was very depressed and self conscious so I would work out 3 hours twice a day and eat only 1,000 calories. 5⃣I’ve dropped my weight back to 120 LBS in 4 months. I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass and my skin was pretty saggy. 6⃣After that, I would yo-yo and go to the gym on and off. My weight would fluctuate between 120-140 LBS for 5 years. 7⃣At the end of February 2013, I’ve suffered a missed miscarriage when I was almost 4 months along. 😪 8⃣In March, I’ve decided to live a healthier life style to have a healthier body for future pregnancies. 9⃣I used to be afraid of weight training but now I embrace it.💪 🔟I don’t like running anymore ever since I’ve discovered HIIT. 1⃣1⃣I love eating! 🐷 1⃣2⃣ My favorite exercise is the Dead Lift. 1⃣3⃣Sometimes I binge and I feel guilty afterward. 🙍 1⃣4⃣I love researching/reading health and fitness articles. 1⃣5⃣My favorite treats are frozen yogurt and chocolate. 1⃣6⃣I’m athletic. I ❤ Sports, especially 🏀🏈⚾ 1⃣7⃣I’m the oldest of 6 kids. 1⃣8⃣I’m not afraid to speak my mind. 1⃣9⃣The only person I love more than myself is my son. ❤ 2⃣0⃣I’m a book worm. 📚📖🐛
