The Way

Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Psalm 51:10

David knew that his disobedience and sin had broken God’s heart, and broken his relationship with God. And as a result, his spirit and his heart were broken; broken to the point of contrition. He asked God to "Create in him a clean heart and to renew a right spirit within his soul." David’s repentance did not stem from fear of punishment. He repented for having offended God and at the rebuke of the prophet Nathan, David realized he had foolishly destroyed something precious-his fellowship with God.

Although his heart was crushed by his shame and sorrow over his sin, he knew the great magnitude of God’s mercy. Once his sins are confessed, forgiven, and purged, David begged God for His "Choicest Gifts": restoration of joy.... God’s presence and .... His Holy Spirit.

Take an honest look at your life, are you in the right standing with God? If not, confess your sin, repent and get right with Him. He is merciful to forgive you and His precious blood washes even your inmost being and makes you white as snow.

LIVING IN ETERNITY

 Matthew 6:10 - "Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

What world is more real to us?

Is it this present world or the eternal?

We live out of the kingdom we think most about – what our heart and mind are anchored in.

FREEDOM IN OUR SPIRIT

When we are more aware of the ultimate eternal life with God when the temporal world no longer makes much difference, there is a freedom that comes in our spirit – because this place is not our home. We are journeying through this life knowing that our home is that which is not made by hands but by God in the Heavens.

The truth is that we can now live out of the PLACE OF ETERNITY.

ETERNAL LIFE is also a way of life. We live from this quality of life that Jesus opened the way for us to experience.

Your Christ identity manifested through your Christ calling is the place to live from. It seems so abstract because it is so different from ordinary daily living and mindsets.

Paul tells us to focus on the eternal, not the temporal. In this, we free our minds from the cares of this life.

The ETERNAL REALM is comprised of the life we are called to live in.

HEAVEN IS OUR HOME

The eternal realm is in God. But, make it more personal: He is our Father, the Everlasting Father.

God is trying to bring His people to a place where they learn how to live from heaven towards earth.  The reason is that His heart is to establish the Kingdom of Heaven throughout the whole earth. The desire to go to heaven can never cancel out His command to us to bring heaven to earth.

DEVELOPING A KINGDOM OF HEAVEN CONSCIOUSNESS

Whatever our meditation is, that is what we will end up talking about the most. We talk about what is most valuable to us or what we've chosen to make our meditation. In all these things we need to yield our hearts and thoughts to God, ask Him to fill us with His thoughts, meditate on His words, and fix our eyes on our Christ calling so we can bring heaven to earth by “bearing fruit that remains” (John 15:16) for God’s Kingdom.

I originally made this blog so that I would remember God instead of relying on myself and my flesh. I used to use Tumblr for porn, yes even after they tried to shut that down. So I made this blog to hopefully deter myself from using the old account again but it was in vein I left the old door open. I don’t want to go back to that dark place again, porn has dragged me into a dark hole so many times. I just deleted my old account and it was only due to the strength of God I could not have done it on my own I tried. Pray that I continue on this path and rely on the strength of God so that we can help each other navigate through this dying world.
