If you struggle with pedophilic thoughts, you do deserve some help and understanding as you cope and learn to live with it.
But if you, a self proclaimed pedophile, talk a lot about how parents are all evil child slavers, and how the age of consent is a fascist construction, and how teens that are attracted to other teens are actually Minor Attracted Persons just like you who therefore cant trust anyone BUT you, your motivations are transparent and you will be treated like the danger you've become. None of those things are 'thoughtcrimes', they're transparent grooming attempts designed to isolate your prey.
Pedophilia is not a sexuality. Its not something to be proud of or make a part of your identity. It is a disordered attraction, and its classified that way because there's no safe or consensual way to explore it. It doesn't deserve the legitimacy of being under the queer umbrella, it is a problem to work through. The queer community has known this for decades, and no amount of making up new definitions or waffling on tangible reality is going to change that.
gonna be real if websites demand photo ID I will simply drop them one by one as they ask. like this is how I am set free

how it feels to refer to a song as a track
I need to set the record straight for queer people who don’t have a transphobic government holding their birth certificate hostage.
In the United States the average native-born citizen can prove their definitive citizenship in terms of eligibility for work through either a birth certificate or a passport. Birth certificates are legally owned and issued by the government of the state you are born in.
I was born in Texas. Texas has banned trans people from changing our birth certificates to match our name and gender. Texas will put me on a list if I reveal I am trans in any legal way, including having ever applied to change my gender marker. I cannot change my birth certificate.
This means the only way I can prove my eligibility for work is with my passport. Without my passport, I can’t legally apply for work.
That is why the executive order banning trans people from changing our passports to match our gender identity is such a huge problem. It’s not boo hoo I can’t leave the country to go on vacation, it’s stripping me of my labor rights and daring me to work in a sweat shop if I want to survive.
And say I did want to cross the border because oh, I don’t know, fleeing to seek asylum in a new country suddenly becomes very important—wouldn’t it be a good idea to have a passport that matches my identification to show local authorities, so they don’t deport me back to America?
I know not everyone can read legalese, but I need the LGBT community to at least try to stay up to date and connect the dots on the legal ramifications of orders like this if we are going to fight back. Because frankly, my passport was recently threatened, and I was not impressed by the ignorance I was met with from cis gays and trans folks who hail from the east/west coast.

things that are true:
1. ICE has always been terrible. the INS was terrible before them. "chinga la migra" was a slogan before ICE even existed. Reagan was deporting Guatemalans back into a genocide so he could keep funding that genocide in the 1980s. there is nothing new under the sun.
2. What we are seeing now is a massive escalation in scale and tactics. There used to be rules against immigration enforcement going into schools, hospitals, or places of worship. People didn't used to get detained AT THEIR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. ICE did not pull over anyone who isn't white, drag them out of their cars, and ship them out of state before anyone knew they'd been detained. INS agents never outnumbered regular police officers, in any city. And no, DHS agents weren't shooting white people in the streets for no reason beyond "they weren't deferential enough and we got mad."
3. A lot of people have cared about immigration and about their immigrant neighbors for a long time. The size of the response has escalated as the scale of the repression has escalated. This is how things work.
4. so no, this isn't a case of nobody cared until white people got killed. Ask Chicago, Charlotte, LA. Ask the people in my hometown in Indiana who have been organizing for years to help their immigrant neighbors get city IDs and rides to legal appointments and who are caring for the children of people in detention.
5. sure, the NRA only got worried when a legally armed white man got killed. Did you expect anything different?
