Why is C.C. so popular as a Shamhat fc??? Just kinda curious bc I've also seen more than one person use her for Shamhat as a Servant

it's because it's pretty explicit that Enkidu's physical form that they take is based off of Shamhat's, as Enkidu felt that Shamhat's beauty "transcended gender" and thus decided to make her likeness their default form to appear as

so C.C. just really easily fits the bill bc pretty anime girl with long green hair

as I’m getting this blog rebooted: I’ll probably switch fcs at some point before the end of the month? I mostly use Aika Fuwa bc I wanted to use C.C. from Code Geass, but finding Code Geass RP icons that aren’t premade are surprisingly incredibly difficult to find + I wanted to be unique bc lots of people like using C.C. as their Shamhat fcs but

yeah C.C. as a FC is really growing on me so! i’ll probably change fcs soonish just... man that’s a lot of iconing to do on my end but yeah

there’s actually another Fate Servant OC I really want to RP more- my Berserker Empress Elisabeth of Austria/Sissi, and hopefully i’ll have that up in a day or two too! But I really don’t want to abandon Shamhat- she’s a really fun Servant too, and I hope I can get more activity on her this time around!

An old guilt, a brittle memory from when they’d first learned of their fate, hurling curses to and fro, heaping abuse on her head. And while they’d rescinded it, the fact that they were capable of such a thing in the first place, and directed such an ugly feeling to the one person they owed so much to…

Their eyes closed for a long moment before opening once again, in awe of the miracle before them. Another smile, wider this time, crossed Enkidu’s face. “I…have been well. And all of it thanks to you.”

Of course she had known what he had done in the midst of his despair. It was a part of her legend as a Heroic Spirit now, even a Skill for her.

And in her heart there was no hatred or resentment. Only unending admiration and pride that she once had the privilege to meet such extraordinary people. To have known Enkidu... “I am glad to hear, Enkidu,” she said, her smile as gentle as the day they had met nearly 4000 years ago.

“To think there would be reunions with you and the king in such a way... how odd, the way fate and destiny spurn our lives,” Shamhat observed. “But... happy, all the same.”

“More than the formalities, it’s the strangeness of how it sounds.” Because while she was a magus’ heir, Kiomi was nothing more than a servant following another person’s whim. That she had been favored as the master, and not THAT person was probably the biggest slap to that person’s face.

Still, this heroic spirit exudes an air of elegance and kindness. She’d have thought that they were a little more extreme. Had this woman not emerged from the light that dispersed from the magic circle, she’d have mistaken her for someone that naturally belonged to their time.

“Shamhat?” She had heard of her before, back when she was being lectured on the different cultures of the world. As a magi, her so called father had deemed this kind of knowledge important. However, “I have no doubt that you’ll bring me victory, but Caster, is it safe to reveal yourself like this?”

“Of course, Mas- Kiomi,” Caster corrected herself, giving a nod towards the woman that had summoned her. She did not know what troubled her Master so in her heart, but would have wished to comfort her if she could.

But still, she smiled gently.

“Of course; you are my Master, even if you do not wish to be called such. As your Servant, it is only natural you know of my identity,” Caster explained. “If you do not recognize my name I am happy to explain who it is you have summoned,” Caster said, giving another polite bow. “I will keep no secrets from you, rest assured.”
