Some of y'all take "do stuff, it'll improve your health" as ableist because you've been stuck in a pattern of self harming behaviours so long that you consider your mental illness to be what defines you completely, and you see anyone attempting to help you with mental illness as someone attacking you. It's not healthy, you need a change of mindset and attitude, smell some flowers, get some rest, bake a cake, get a hobby or brush your teeth.
