I can't shake The Feeling.
i hate that i’m so absent as a person. i don’t start conversations. i can barely maintain them. i’m so weary and spaced out all the time to the point where i can’t even keep up small talk and i’m just so disappointed in myself
i hate myself, i wanna stab my self in the chest 20 times, im disgusting and i wanna scream
Do you ever just like push people away because you’re not in a good place and don’t want to bring people you care about down to your level

me every ten seconds: but was it really bad enough to be "trauma"?
Shoutout to the people who deal with atypical symptoms of depression.
To people who sleep too much and yet still always feel fatigued.
To people who deal with binge eating or increased appetite and may deal with body image issues as a result of this.
To people who have momentary improvements in mood after hearing positive news only for it to drop back down again later.
To people who deal with leaden paralysis, where you limbs feel weighed to the point that movement is strenuous and slow.
To people who are extremely sensitive to rejection to a point that it could potentially hinder your relationships with family, coworkers, and friends.
Depression isn’t expressed the same way for all people, and every manifestation of it deserves to be recognized and de-stigmatized.
