So. For the past year plus I’ve been working out more and trying to lose weight. Last year was just about getting in the gym more, learning how to work with a personal trainer, and getting comfortable lifting weights. This year I’ve been doing all that, plus tracking all my food/macros, cutting calories, and adding more intense cardio like HIIT classes and running. And I’ve lost 55 pounds of fat so far. I’m not posting about it on here because I know that can be triggering for people and that’s not what I usually post about.
