hi please tell me about your character
hi :D her name is Dahlia Bishop! She's a character for a CAIN game i'm in. Her character's kit revolves around a spectral companion that knows her future, but is under no requirement to tell her the truth. No one else can see her companion except for her, even those with other powers.
Most of the time, it uses its powers to torment her, and sew doubt about her decisions, and sometimes physically hurt her to keep her in line. This, along with its ability to appear more or less wherever it wants, its monstrous appearance, and the fact it can make sounds or sensations that only she can experience, means she's basically being haunted by her companion at all times. Why exactly it does this, what its motives are, or even what its name is are unknown to her.
She's spent a long time (going on a decade) in the company of her Ghost before getting picked up on the radar of "people who potentially have supernatural powers", so she's very well acquainted with it, and living under the stress it brings her. She is very unacquainted with a lot of other things. It has not been an easy time for her. She's very neurotic, she has a lot of tics and self soothing mechanisms to help her cope, and is quite prone to muttering to herself. It is very difficult to make friends and commit yourself to interpersonal relationships while being haunted by an entity no one else believes you about.
