Like she has a very minor role in the series yet still got a season 4 poster, even Enzo didn't get a poster. And her only addition to the story was her encounters with Billy. Could this be an indication that there is more to Karen Wheeler's character?

Not only that in the last episode of season 4 part 2, when Karen sees the snow she definitely looked like she knew a bit about what was going on.
