Great art but top tip if you're ever in this situation remember to keep the entire barrel inside the shelter as this stops the barrel from being spotted. Also you'd want to cover up the other light sources or holes in the boards as this enshrouds you in darkness which hides you much better and also prevents glare on your tools.

Maybe it didn't come across in the art because the left side is cut off but the barrel of her rifle isn't sticking out - she's not flush against the window (see ref below) and there would have been more fallen debris and foliage to further conceal the barrel. Additionally this was a lighting study so I took some artistic liberties with it, as opposed to some of the WW2 references I was using where snipers are fully lit:
