Rob Ford, yes THAT Rob Ford tried to pass an edict that gave full executive power to the police department to stop and search anyone for any reason as a “attempt to counter COVID”.

Luckily, most police departments said no and the whole edict was revoked but the fact that someone in Canada even tried to pull that shows how fucked Canada is.
