Hello!!

My name is Ana, a short variation of my full name, but you can call me Sanri, both names are fine!!

Info about me!! -

I am 18 years old, and I'm a senior in highschool #unc status, i know💔 my favorite subjects this year is definitely guitar!! I love playing the guitar whenever I get the chance 😋 I have a orange cat that tweaks out sometimes, but she's my kitty who can be sweet sometimes.

Hobbies -

Drawing, I love art, I've drawn mostly all my life, but began taking art more seriously last year and I have definitely improved a ton!!

Music, I love music, I love listening to different genres, but I'm really bad when it comes to being committed to anything, so I've never really listened to a full album of anything 😫💔My fav genres at the moment are pop, and sensual instrumental?? I used to be the biggest fan of goth, metal and rock music as well!!

Language learning, right now I'm currently learning french and Spanish, I'm actually locking right now fr

Reading, I'm trying to read more, I have a lot of untouched books on my bookshelf that I need to read, right now I'm currently reading a Harry Potter book😻

Videogames, I love playing videogames whenever I have the chance, right now I am currently playing the witcher wild hunt😋

Supernatural, I'm currently still watching it, at the moment I'm only on season 8!!

The witcher, loved the first few seasons and I also have one of the games.

Warrior, a show on Netflix that has amazing writing and fight scenes!! I love action and good writing, it's also history based, in my opinion I think peaky blinders and warrior are very similar since they share similar history?? Idk, they may have been based in close timelines/year, idk I'd have to check.

I grew up watching Underworld and Twilight, so those movies basically shaped me and my interests, I absolutely love gothic everything, werewolves and vampires.

My absolute favorite movie, that always comes to mind is Equilibrium, with Christian bale, everything about that movie is perfection.

How it feels to genuinely go through an identity crisis and almost give up on shifting but remembering I could be with my S/O instead of suffering in an unwanted reality, and literally living the life of my actual dreams.

I will very much be getting back into shifting (even though I said this like 2 months ago and gave up) 😭

How hard that after graduation depression hit omg!! Genuinely have given up on shifting and manifesting holy crud, anyways I took a long ass break from any and everything, because I fell off so hard, and for a moment (literally yesterday) I struggled to see the point and purpose of anything, so I genuinely just gave up on myself as a whole. But anyways, I'm back to shifting again! Yahoo

how to shift whenever (from an experienced shifter)

i see so many people still talking about shifting like it’s this impossible thing, like you have to beg the universe for it or spend months trying every method out there. so here’s the truth, from someone who’s actually been shifting consistently for a while:

you can shift whenever you want.

and no, that’s not just motivational bs, that’s literally how it works when you understand what shifting actually is.

shifting isn’t something you try to do. it’s something you allow. the version of you that already lives in your desired reality? they already exist. your job isn’t to create them , it’s to align with them.

you don’t need to feel tingles or hear signs or vibrate at some perfect level. you don’t need the perfect sleep schedule or the perfect script. what you need is clarity.

clarity that says: “i know what i want. i know it already exists. and i trust myself enough to go there.”

when i shift, i don’t force it. i don’t chase it. i become it.

it’s just a decision:

a breath.

a moment.

a quiet “i’m already there.”

and then i fall into it.

not because i’m trying so hard, but because i finally stopped trying.

once you drop the resistance, once you stop doubting, you realize how easy it is. how natural. how familiar.

there’s no big secret. no magic formula.

just presence. trust. surrender.

and once you taste it? once you know you can do it?

you’ll never stress about it again.

When I shifted, I had zero symptoms…

I was ‘here’ and then I wasn’t. There was no bright light or sound or scary blah blah blah. I think a lot of people mistake anxiety and fear in the beginning of their attempt as some sort of shifting symptom, when in reality that has nothing to do with it. Think of this post as me declaring that shifting symptoms are not actually real at all.

I mean, believe what you want obviously, but if you think of it through a different, more analytical lens of ourselves, you might realize that everything is made up by you and your head.

That’s not to say that you can’t shift if you feel these things. You can shift however you want! But a lot of people tend to heavily focus on these things and use them as the active engine / lifeblood of their shifting motivation, and then when they try again and nothing happens, they give up. What they fail to realize is that feeling zero physical symptoms is actually an amazing thing. It means your body no longer fears your power. You can relax now. You shift the easy way. Always.

When your heart starts beating rapidly or you start shaking like a chihuahua bestie I want you to take a deep fucking breath. You are hyperventilating. Don’t you ever notice how these symptoms come and then they’re gone in like 2 seconds? That is fear. Your brain knows that you are close to shifting and it is unleashing fear because deep down you’re probably scared to shift!

I used to experience these symptoms a lot. My heart would beat and it would hurt really bad, my body would tense up, I would hear loud screeching and have a terrible time. It's normal. Most people go through it, and no matter how bad it gets, it can never prevent you from shifting. Anxiety sucks really bad for some of else, but it cannot stop us from doing anything.

Remember who you are babe.

I've never viewed "symptoms" as fear or anything other than "symptoms" but seeing it from this perspective actually makes sense, and it makes me wonder if an unregulated nervous system is the main cause to shifting "failures" the unnoticed fear your body holds towards shifting is probably what's holding a lot of people back from success, unregulated nervous system and self concept go hand in hand, and honestly I think if people focused on those two more than shifting, they'd probably have instant success.

imagine someone found out about shifting an hour ago and they know absolutely nothing about it, what would you want them to know first?

i would give them this little creation i just thought up,

the human-made layers of shifting pulled back, aka the nexus of shifting

i. what is shifting?

you exist across the multiverse's infinite realities. right now, your awareness is here. does it have to be? no, you are not dr. manette and this reality is not your bastille. shifting is switching your awareness between realities, from one to another. you can be wherever you like with whoever you want doing whatever you please.

ii. how does one shift?

persist, don't complicate. it's not a physical journey. you are not on the pequod's tumultuous voyage. people lose sight of shifting and make it this big thing that they need to find the answer to because they forget what it actually is. refer to part i, where i said that you already exist in every other reality. that's what people lose sight of. you are not going anywhere when you shift, and you absolutely don't need to seek out something that will "make" you shift. you're already there and the 3d will reflect that. drop the torches, call off the search party, and please, refrain from sending out the hounds.

sidebar on methods: you don't need them. that doesn't mean you shouldn't use them. they can be engaging. they can be helpful, especially when you comes across one that resonates with you. the issue is born when you internalize that you're obligated to use one. don't put all your reliance onto an external source that you think is going to be your yellow brick road to your desired reality.

iii. faq: why, then, is there a delay, when shifting could be instant? why do some people shift before others? why do some people shift on their first "try"?

your brain, that lovely, analytical beast, is entirely evidentiary. i said don't complicate, but the brain does love to complicate. cut it some slack, we all have flaws. it does not want to roll with the idea that one moment you can be in this reality and the next, in an entirely different one. that contradicts all its collected data. you, however, will shift regardless. your intention is secure. there is no such thing as a blockage in shifting, at least not in the way of being cut off from it 1945 iron curtain style. it is true that in this reality we've been conditioned in a way that lends itself to complication, but that doesn't stop anyone from shifting.

don't argue with your doubts. don't negotiate with the spiral. this is not a corporate hierarchy. don't define a morning in this reality as a "failed attempt". the shift is inevitable. in the meantime, do what you like. visualization, affirmation, or absolutely nothing. there is no requirement. there is no correct answer. go with what is innate. your intention will see you through.
