Im scared for the future of the UK. Censorship is not the solution, Education is. We should expose children to relationship standards in an age appropriate way to prevent abuse. Lgbt+ relationships are never taught at school, let alone how to safely enter them. Children are not taught that it is okay to be asexual or polyamorous relationships are seen as taboo and this exposes children to abuse, as they do not learn the true strength and responsibility of concent. A large proportion of children have had sexually abusive relationships before thay are taught concent (i know i was a victim of sexual abuce before i knew what sex was) and most children have experienced some form of sexual relationship before thay are taught about sexually trasmited diseases. Most children and adults need to self reasurch where there nearest clinic is. The change to uk law doesn't protect children, Education would. Children are smart they know how to get around the restriction but this leaves them in an unpolicable environment where they are at a higher risk of abuse. Save the children and educate rather than censure.
