I never could have guessed that getting to model for nightwhisperlolita would respark a very specific style I gravitated towards when I was younger. Even tho I modeled a very sweet pink look at the actual shoot, I was given a more gothic headband to take home. It inspired me to style an outfit reminiscent of Manga like X-Days, Godchild, or princess Ai. Movies like Kamikaze Girls or Suicide Club, and maybe even Perfect Blue. Sad, pretty, haunting. It felt really good to get to kinda evoke that again so many years later as an adult I never thought I'd live long enough to be.
