Standard General gets sued by Radioshack creditors for engaging in a takeover conspiracy, which ended up destroying the company. Standard General has now established a history of destroying US businesses and US retailers. American Apparel is not the only victim.

Standard General is a NY hedge fund that has an established history of destroying businesses (Radioshack, American Apparel) and engaging in gross abuse of employees in the businesses they take over to gut and sell including Aliante Casino.
