Pokemon Sun and Moon news from E3
-they chose Sun and Moon because those two things sustain life on earth, and they wanted a region teeming with life
-the culture of the island is very important and looks interesting
-they intentionally made the starters very very cute
-the two legendaries will apparently play a very important role that none have played before
-Zygarde will also be part of the story. Apparently they think it’ll make people excited, as if we weren’t already slaves to GameFreak
-everything in the game is more proportional to make it more immersive
-the battle screen layout has changed slightly, it allows a couple new things…
-you can tap the i next to a move to view all the information about it
-you can tap on your or the enemy pokemon’s sprite and it will show you the typing and current stat boosts/decreases
-when you battle a Pokemon again, the game tells you if a move will be super or not very effective. Like a traditional JRPG
-when you approach a trainer, a black shadow appears around the screen to alert you that you’re almost in their line of site
-the trainers have idle animations kind of, the girl they showed was tossing a pokeball
-as seen in the trailer, you see both trainers during the battle, so you see the size proportions of Pokemon to people
-the game starts with a festival and you fight Hau
-new battle mode called Battle Royale allows four trainers to fight at once in a free-for-all. When one trainer loses, the battle ends.
-CUSTOMIZATION IS BACK! You can change your trainer’s outfits again!
-they pointed out a certain bracelet the characters are wearing, but acted secretive about it. Mega evolution or something else?
