disabled people who do not directly "contribute" to society and need large amounts of care and resources to survive deserve not only to survive but to have comfort, stability, and fun within their lives while they do. no compromises.

Happy pride month! Please remember to include disabled people in your festivities this year! This includes:
- Hiring sign language interpreters
- Ensuring venues are step free
- Making dedicated sensory safe spaces
- Providing free masks
- Including braille or audio described signage
- Using plain language in speeches
Yes itâs more work, but pride is for everyone, itâs needs to be inclusive.

For anybody not caught up: Tennessee just passed a new map that pretty much makes it so black neighborhoods have no power in local votes. Two things about this. While protestors were chanting "No Jim Crow", white Tennessee lawmakers were caught laughing on video. On top of this, Representative Justin Pearson and his brother KeShaun Pearson were arrested for trying to give their takes on the matter (which is not only their legal right but literally his job). If you give a shit about black people, help fight this. We can't allow a return to Jim Crow.

guys my phone updated to the weird ass glass update and now it all looks so weird and ugly whyâd they change like everything wtffff cause like my phone feels safe right cause it always looks the same, BUT THEN THEY CHANGED IT ON ME. UNKIND.
Guess who had to seam rip open and re-sew their fucking yondr pouch because the bathrooms were all locked except for the one literally across the school from the bus doors, then after running across school, there were no magnet-unlockers in the usual spot, and because of the bathroom dilemma, just barely made it on the bus. *blinks aggressively* It was me if that wasnât obvious.
These are yondr pouches if you are unaware, you are required to put your phone in it before you go through security, and they only have a few unlocking stations around the school at the end of the day. Also like fifty percent of people donât even do this, they slip their phones in, use decoys, break it open, literally just have it out in the hallways no one cares, there have been multiple times where I realized my pouch was still open in first or second hour, not a single person gives a goddamn shit
