In all honesty, I asked bc im just curious about him in general lmao. I am a fiend for (fictional) drama and as much as I want Elliott and Shane to kiss and live happily ever after, I also would not be too upset if there was some... ✨spice✨ in the mix before that happens. A past relationship as significant as that one seems to have been for Elliott would potentially be a fun source of drama between him and Shane in whatever capacity it's brought up in. Or just as something for Elliott personally to grapple with. Of course, it's your story. I have no expectations, I'm just excited for whatever you have planned, regardless of what it is c:

Hey so.... I just finished listening to episodes 19a and 19b of wtnv..... I thought night vale was weird but what the hell is going on with desert buffs?!?! I... I just... What, like what actually happens in desert buffs isn't... I want to say it isn't that bad it's just.... Unsettling... Like night vale is odd but desert buffs are just wrong.... (also kinda funny that night vale meets their doppelgangers and imeadiatly fight to the death and then there's desert buffs just making friends with them) and then there's Cecile's view at the end of part b that shows just how wrong it really is and I just..... I is so good and I hate it so so much for that, you know....

Sorry for rambling lol... Pretty sure I've got a new hyper fixation now

I will never forget the way my stomach dropped when Cecil appeared in B and described what Kevin’s studio looks like. The reveal is just so well done, and Cecil Baldwin’s delivery as his character is on the verge of tears in horror describing the blood soaking into his shoes is just incredible. I love those episodes.

The gloves in the first two photos aren’t part of the cosplay. I just happened to badly burn both my hands that morning before I put on the costume and so I was wearing them to protect my injuries.

(Reminder that I am in fact an adult. I don’t post my face much. I know I look young, I have chronic baby face, but I am over the age of 18.)

underrated funny part abt night vale as a setting is that its like 100% on purpose contemporary and in our reality. not only in the sense that, canonically, night vale is literally just Out There. like you can go to it. but also that night vale has like, the internet and shit. like they have tiktok and spotify and tumblr. they dont have, like, tv network mandated fake alike brand names, they just have real ass coca cola and whole foods and kelloggs. the night vale mall has a hollister and a pinkberry in it. they know about mitski.

And yet they clearly have access to alternate versions of media that we don't and connection to the internet has not dispelled this fact (Wizard of Oz ending with Dorothy in a war balloon for example) so their internet connects to some kind of alternate internet too, I mean, they can't even access their own podcast but it's canon that the podcast exists in the WTNV canon as well as Night Vale being real lol
