Half Marathon Training Starts Today
And so it begins. It's really the only way for me to stay motivated to work out. I haven't been taking care of myself lately. Work and class have taken over.
Once again, I'm using Hal Higdon's program, but this time (I'll admit it) I won't skimp on the lifting. Towards the end of my last half marathon, my legs could have used some more oomph.
Lunch today consisted of a cesar salad and tomato/mozzarella salad. Yummy!
