question for artists/creatives on antipsychotics…… how do you get the “spark” back without having to stop taking your pills?

i used to have so much imagination, so many ideas and concepts and i was so creative and after years of taking different antipsychotics i have nothing. No will to draw or create no spark no imagination no ideas no motivation no nothing…… it makes me want to give up on it but its always been my dream so i cant just decide to not do it anymore but at the same time its so frustrating to see myself go from everything to nothing, no improvements made at all. What am i supposed to do? i have nothing else
