Okay, Vampire Lestat show was not good. I'm sorry, but it was awful. The season finale was bad, I found myself pausing it a few times just to scroll through Instagram. If you liked it - that's fine! But I did not. Everything felt so choppy and out of place this season. Daniel annoyed me. I enjoyed seeing Akasha, though. But yeah, did not like it at all.

If anyone is curious as to where I got the concept idea of Aileen, I took a Witch Hunting in Early Modern Scotland course during college. I fell in love with the course. One day, I was bored and thought it would be interesting to have an oc like Aileen and her siblings. Out of all of my ocs, Aileen is my favourite and one I find myself relating to her.

Aileen does have a friend - Dunkan. She met her a few years ago, prior to when she was brought back. She works at a local movie theatre, the same one Aileen snuck into to see the special screening of Empire Strikes Back. She is aware that Aileen is a witch, but just found her to be fascinating and enjoys watching her cast spells, etc, and adores Boba.

Aileen cherishes Star Wards greatly. It was one of the first things she saw when she was brought back. She woken just a mile away from a movie theatre, that had a special screening of Empire Strikes Back. Curiously, Aileen snuck in and the rest in history. She could relate to the story and to Anakin/Darth Vader. She saw a few posters hanging in her bedroom and the hallway of her house. She has a Darth Vader and Princess Leia eye patches. And has plush toys of Darth Vader and Boba Fett.

Aileen was arrange to be married to a man who lived in the village. Now, she can barely remember him, but she does remember not being keen on the arrangement. She was in love with her childhood best friend, Bonny. They had a secretive relationship for a few years until...well, you know how it ended. Bonny was devastated when she heard the news of Aileen's passing. She would later marry a man, but her heart never forgot Aileen.

Aileen has a strong hatred towards English people. It is very petty, but from what Scotland, her ancestors, and herself has gone through with England - her hatred remains strong. If she meets someone who is English, be prepared - she will not be friendly. Do not tell her you're from English descendent. It will give her time to gain trust and feel comfortable around them. She will have to remind herself that not every English person has the same values.

"Yeah," Ayesha replied with a quick nod. "I mean... I laid all my cards out on the table for you. So, if you're comfortable with it, I figure that's fair, right?"

That was a big if, and it had been in both directions: Ayesha had told Aileen about what she could do, and offered a demonstration... again, if it was needed, and so far Aileen hadn't answered.

The other woman hesitated; Ayesha could see a tension in her frame, thought she heard a little strain in her voice. Maybe this ask had been a step too far, and she backpedaled just a little: "And hey, if not, could you just... tell me a little more about all this?"

Aileen didn't answer. She took a breath, closed her eye...

And changed.

"Oh, my—" Well, God was clearly not the right word here, what with the pentagram and the fangs. Ayesha couldn't help the gasp, even though she wished she could have stifled it. She'd seen her share of frightening things, and she hadn't thought anything would shock her much. But this...

Maybe didn't take first place, but... definitely top three.

She tried to school her expression, shut her mouth and blinked a couple times instead of keeping the wide, wide eyes. When Aileen looked at her again, Ayesha hoped her face was at least a little more neutral.

Do I look frightening? Even Aileen's voice had changed. Deepened, roughened.

"You..." How to say this? "The, the change is definitely drastic," Ayesha told her after a moment. "You said what you truly look like. So this, um, this is... most-of-the-time you?"

Ayesha's reaction was a lot better than Aileen had planned - at least she was still here, and not running away. She cracked her neck and moved her shoulders around before having a seat on the couch. Keeping herself from being in her form for so long can be straining on herself. Aileen could feel the aches forming inside of her almost everyday; her body pleading for her to bring out her true appearance. The appearance that was the consequences of her actions and sacrifices. But she was too afraid to show it to the world. Ayesha was the only one.

"For the most part," She replied, motioning a finger to herself, "My form looks more frightening if I am angry. Lucky enough for you that you will not have to witness that!" Although this was a bit of a tense moment, at least Aileen tried to lighten it with a bit of humour. Her sister, Hughanna, had a better humour than her.

Hands lay on her lap and nervously squeezed together, exhaling slowly. "I uh, didn't always have this form. Well, I did earn it upon before my death -- I mean, th-that is a long and complicated story. Which...I do not think you are up for hearing. Uhm...but yeah, this is me for the most part..."
