So, lemme tell you about how unprofessional this place is:

Holy shit, what a great response! -COUGH NO- AND it’s the same guy circlejerking himself! He denies that it’s him, saying that “We have over 4 JTs on staff and this is Jenn (of a staff of a con that only had 500-ish people? Highly doubtful),” but here’s some of the responses to other 1-star ratings:

You know, because the guy has literally nothing else to do with his day but to respond to the official page’s responses, backing them up at every turn. MHM. Absolutely different people. What professionalism. Btw, all of the likes are also A&G liking Jt’s posts, or Jt liking A&G’s posts. I didn’t have the best experience with selling at the con this weekend, but the gall of this ridiculously unprofessional person is ASTOUNDING. I’m not going back purely because this dude was acting like a child throwing a temper tantrum because someone said they didn’t like one aspect of something.

This needs more notes to let everyone know what is going on and how bad the con was this year.

I do want to clarify some things. The staff at the con and the security did their jobs well and were friendly, and the guest list was nice and it seemed like they enjoyed themselves, which is good. My main beef is the total lack of PR and professionalism. Some people had a great time at the con, and I just so happened to not… but nothing excuses this kind of behavior from any self-proclaimed “professional” business, ESPECIALLY from their official page.

UPDATE: THEY DELETED MY POST/REVIEW, SO PLEASE KEEP SPREADING THIS. So, I decided to I guess try to follow the “rules” they might have in place and post a 1-star review again but this time with no text, and here’s the reaction I got:

I’ve come to learn how much I really don’t like being alone. Not in the sense that I don’t have any friends, because I have quite a few that I really love.

But I really dislike being physically alone. 

Living alone, coming home to emptiness with only a cell phone and a laptop as my means of communication with the majority of my friends.

I dislike the lack of physical contact I get.

I dislike living alone.

Having nobody to talk to while I’m here for the majority of the day until my friends are home from school/work.

I dislike being so far away from my boyfriend.

Unable to be in the same room as him, hold his hand and hold him when he isn’t doing well or needs comfort and reassurance that’s limited through a computer screen.

I’m not lonely with how many people I have contact with. I’m just lonely in my physical form.
