5. is there any intra-system relationships?

not relationships in the romantic sense but!!! there are in the platonic/familial sense!!! storm, p & prince are brothers for example!! also i consider aofie & holly to be my siblings as we appeared around the same time for the same reason (as far as we’re aware)

as far as friendships go, elle & clara are friends (their friendship is the funniest tbh), blaze & prince are best friends, prince & bonnie are friends, aoife, p & heather are friends, summer & blaze are friends and clara & i are friends!! i mean, we all get along, but those are the ones that get along best~~

7. who doesn’t get along?

i think we all get along, but i know that some of us have more uh, strained relationships? i know p & aoife find me annoying for example, & i find it really difficult to deal with aoife. thats all im aware of though, if theres anyone else who doesnt like someone theyve been careful not to tell me about it^^;

11. how do you communicate with each other?

mostly we communicate in-system. we just kinda Know what we all think/feel kind of? idk. sometimes we’ll have full fledged conversations, but thats more if one of us is trying to walk someone thru a thought process (normally me & clara when im anxious rip). also we all have our blogs so if we see something someone else will like we tag them in it!

holly has a notebook too where she writes stuff down & shes left messages for me before in it

22. who seems to be the best at keeping the peace?

probably prince tbh. most arguments involve p & seeing as p adores prince he’ll generally listen to him if he needs to calm down. apart from that im not sure? we dont really have many arguments really? at least if there are arguments i dont take part in them v often at all

27. have you ever thought someone external picked up on you being plural?

i dont think so!! we’re generally very good at masking it. the only time we havent been is when we were in hospital, but i think then people just assumed we were feeling bad for other reasons bc we still never like. told anyone who we were?

28. talk about how you switch

well we used to have a lot of control over it but we’ve forgotten how to do that (or maybe we’re just in a more stressful situation now so we have less control bc of that?). now we’ll generally switch if something triggers one of us out (aoife gets triggered out the most, but bonnie & clara have been triggered out a lot lately too. altho im not sure if bonnie’s been triggered out, per se, or if she still has control over it & has just been wanting to be out more often?)

when we do switch though its usually a sudden thing, although we do have some more gradual switches. we’re also usually co-con with one person in the drivers seat & one person in the passenger seat (if that makes any sense rip)

hope this is okay for me to answer. I’m not a professional psychologist so please do seek out a therapist to help. I think you need to ask yourself- is this dream realistic? would it make sense in the context of my life? do I feel emotions when thinking about it that are far deeper than what I would feel with a similarly disturbing dream? memories do often come up in nightmares and dreams for PTSD victims but they are usually described differently than dreams, are usually very emotionally charged but not always.

its ok, & i appreciate the answer! this sort of thing is very confusing & any help at all is appreciated!

asking myself those questions has been quite helpful in working things out further, so i think you for that! im still hesitant about making up my mind either way until i get to speak to my therapist about this, but i feel a bit more comfortable after thinking about it some more, so thank you^^

uh, weird question maybe, but does anyone know how to tell when your dream is a memory? i keep having a reoccurring dream thats kinda disturbing & its highly likely that its just a dream, but i overthink things a lot so now im concerned. so does anyone have any tips or anything?

oh yeah!!!!! i dont remember if i made a post about this but!!!!! i told our therapist about the paranoia thing last time i saw her!!!!!! i didnt tell her all of the details because i wanted to test to see if the protection rocks were working, but nothing bad’s happened so i think they work!!!!! which means i finally have a way to talk about this stuff without people getting hurt!!!!!!
