It happened...

Again actually. I was out in public, hair un brushed only looking half way decent like I didn't just roll out of bed in my jeans and ghost buster t shirt. But it happened. I ran into my crush whilst getting a soda at the local gas station. He didn't say much but hi Ann's that he had been working most of the day so he looked equally as disheveled. So yeah. Still embarrassing for both of us.

Guys. I need Tumblr help I guess. Seems like a faster way to get this pic going and try to get help to the thousands of Americans in puerto Rico. I am in Florida and he is there. This is my dad. I am one of many and I mean many here in the states that are trying to reach out and find our loved ones and make sure that they are safe. The island is in dire straights and there is family that needs to be reached. I just want to know that he is safe and that he is all right. I dont give a damn about the ducking NFL. Those men are protected by the constitution to peaceful protest. But American citizens are during because of a lack of humanitarianism and blaming the power grid and debt is not the way to help the thousands of Americans that need help. I work full time at Wal Mart. I barely make enough to cover my mother medications let alone try to get down and search for my dad myself. I need the wisdom of the crowd. I need the supernatural powers of tumblr. Facebook is not fast enough and the first comment of "prayers" has really set my fire to hell hath no fury as someone who does not need your prayers. Your prayers do not help. Any other person looking for family post a pic of who your looking for. Circulate the pictures. Any one on the island if you pass this post please pass it on or PM me. I am at my emotional limit and I am breaking down and its literally killing me and I don't know what else to do. Please if anyone here sees him please tell him his daughter is looking for him and wants to know that he is ok and that she loves him very much... Thank you all for your time. Also he may have cut his hair. This is really the only picture I have of him apologies if it isn't current.

Uncharted : The Lost Legacy. A review if you could call it that.

Anyway. I know its been out for a good few weeks, but with working full time and having a life outside of video games, anxiety and depression; I managed to finish the game yesterday evening. Not going to give too much away just in case no one has finished it or is just picking it upmfor the first time.

Now with having played through all four previous Uncharted titles I was pretty excited to see Chloe get her own adventure. Naughty dog did an excellent job with this title. Set after the events of Uncharted 4 before we see the epilogue of Nate, Elana, and Cassie. We learn little by little Chloe's childhood and past and how she came to be the sassy Aussie we all know and love today. With Nadine at her side its full of witty banter good humor and some good female ass kicking. Not to say that Nadine doesn't have her moments. We see the former leader of Shoreline grow and shine and make a lasting friendship with Chloe.

With having only about 11 chapters I think, it really was a fulfilling game and had the feel of a natural full length title. Fullof little treasures to find as you make your way through the Indian jungle to find the tusk of Ghenish. There are also beautiful photo opportunities and fun shots of Nadine.

One treasure in particular is the Queen's Ruby. That treasure is acquired during the first few chapters of the game. Once you reach the tower in the middle of the jungle you'll find your map marked with a '?' In the corner. We find out Nadine has a soft spot for monkeys and we love her for it. But yes the Queen's Ruby is worth getting. Worth the driving to get 11 Hoysala tokens just to get the damned thing. It is a treasure locator of sorts. When you're near a trinket it'll start to shine and resonate. You have to keep track of the light and tremors in your controller but its worth grttingnout of the 4x4 and having a look around for a trinket. At least I find it useful for just bullshitting around before moving on with the story.

Later on as we see Chloe and Nadine begin to trust one another fully we finally meet Asav's so called expert. Samuel Drake. Yeah I know the last person you'd see running around with all this. He has his moments though; like walking right in front of a Shoreline guard and no alarm sounding at his presence but no if Joel as much as steps on a twig or moves wrong your Clicker chow.....sorry got a little off track there but yeah its happened and clickers are quite traumatizing. Sam's name was Ellie for most of that encounter.

Then we get closure for Nadine and her former LT Orca. Latching onto the helicopter and bringing it down was fun, scary but fun. With Orca down and Nadine finally not wanting to murder Sam we move to the final parts of the game. And I honestly thought we were done with trains. I really did. But the final encounter is on a train. Action packed and full of close calls. Especially for Chloe and Nadine since Nadine almost get a thrown to her death. With Nadine there made the final batter better with the back up.

Now the ending is a good one. Naughty Dog I love you guys. I want more Chloe and Nadine adventures but I also want Chloe and Sam to be the canon ship. I will captain that ship because I ship it now. And little Meenu she is the best little shop clerk. "Don't ruin the moment" she says handing Sam a slice of pizza while Chloe and Nadine ignore him.

All in all I give this game a 10/10. I cried and laughed and yeah I wanted to punch Sam Drake too but yeah he's that sort of lovable. This game was all I expected it to be. I've already started a new game today and hope to get 100% this time around, if not its still a wonderfully game, beautifully done with a good replay value to go back and get more treasures. Very good work Naughty Dog very good work, high praise indeed.

This book. We all know how heart breaking the movie was. This book. Amplifies those feels and I have cried I don't know how many times. This book. I love it and I hate it. This book. Only a few more heart wrenching chapters until the ending. I am one with the force; the force is with me. May the force be with us.

Rogue one; there goes my heart.

So I finally got the paper back version of Rogue One : A Star Wars Story about four days ago. Now with work and all I haven't been able to sit a read it.

Well today I did. In chapter 7 or 8 now I believe.

And with the book you usually get a bit more insight to the character's thoughts and everything. What I was not expecting was to cry over an old woman, a trio of troopers and a little girl.

Pendra. Pendra was the little girl's name that Jyn had saved in the fight in NiJedha. That same little girl...never made it out of the city.

My heart broken. I could have gone without knowing her name now it just hurts more knowing that this littlw one and here dad never made it out but the two that bump into Jyn and Cassian in the beginning somehow make their to Tatooine and give Luke a hard time later on.

I hate this book. But read it I must.
