Mickey loves sitting on Ian's lap. He walks into the living room and Ian's perched on the couch messing around on his phone or something, and Mickey's brain is just like gotta sit on the husband gotta do it so he walks over and straddles his lap and sits down. Gets his arms around his neck, pulls him close. Puts his face in his hair and kisses the top of his head. And Ian breaks into that big, sweet smile when he comes over and he opens his arms for him and then winds them around his waist, tucking his face into his chest and making a pleased little sound. And they hang out like that for a bit, talk about their day or whatever, dropping kisses on each other and leaning back to look at each other as they talk and then moving in close again. 🥺

Will there be events for 2027? Asking bc this fandom is dying and wanted to ask if you plan to close this blog 😢😭

I understand that engagement isn't of course what it once was, but that is absolutely normal and to be expected in every fandom. I don't believe the fandom is dying at all, and it won't while there are people around creating fanworks and talking about the show/ship.

To answer your question, yes, there will be events in 2027, but there will also be several more still this year, so stay tuned! And do participate, they exist precisely to keep the fandom active.

And even if I ever stop hosting these events — aside from the fact that other people could host them and there are already other Gallavich events hosted by other blogs — this one will stay active for as long as Tumblr allows it to. (We also reblog things outside of events, btw.)
