It has been a lonnnnng journey into losing weight and being where I wanna be...and I'm so proud of myself with sticking to it and working my butt off. Even after suffering a ankle break, that didn't stop me, I got right back to it after. This was me a few years ago on the left and me today on the right, same shirt. Big difference! I'm much happier now with myself, and now I'm no longer looking at the 200s on the scale, and never again! This past month and half I've lost a total of 18lbs! Six months ago I went through the worst pain in my life so far. Broke both my Tib and Fib right ankle, all doing a mud run... Within three months after surgery and having metal and screws put in..I walk my first 5k with out the boot, since then I've done about 4 walks/runs and back to my workout regularly, along with running everyday..Lost all the weight and more since I broke it, Today I started Crossfit and It felt amazing!
