okay i need to talk about SATS because i feel like it's either completely overlooked or so overcomplicated that people give up on it before they even try it properly.
SATS stands for state akin to sleep. that's it. it's just the drowsy state right before you fully fall asleep where your mind is relaxed enough that your subconscious is basically wide open. Neville used this specific window because in that state your critical mind is basically off. the part of you that hears "i have my dream job" and immediately goes "no you don't" is too tired to argue back.
so whatever you feed your mind in that state goes in without resistance.
and that's the whole point.
here's what actually happens when you do it right. you lay down at night, you get comfortable, you let yourself get genuinely drowsy, not wide awake trying to focus, actually drowsy. and then you play a small scene in your mind. something short, something that implies your desire is already done. not a long movie, just a moment. your friend congratulating you. opening your front door to your dream apartment. looking in the mirror and seeing exactly what you want to see.
you loop that scene. same scene over and over, feeling it as real as you can, until you drift off.
that's it.
but here's where people go wrong. they turn it into a performance. they try too hard to visualize perfectly. they stress about whether they're feeling it correctly. they stay wide awake running through the scene with so much pressure that they completely miss the whole point of the technique which is relaxation and receptivity.
your subconscious doesn't need a perfect HD visualization. it needs repetition and feeling in a relaxed state. that's the whole mechanism.
and the reason this works so well is because you spend the entire night in that assumed state. you fall asleep in it. your last conscious thought is your wish fulfilled. and your subconscious just marinates in that assumption for hours while you sleep.
Neville said to sleep as though your desire was already real. not to try and manifest before you sleep. to actually close your eyes already being the person who has it.
that shift in how you approach it changes everything.
so tonight instead of trying to make something happen, just let yourself get sleepy, pick one small scene that implies it's done, and loop it until you're out.

pick a rampage. (a rampage is basically instead of picking one-two affirmations, you have a whole paragraph and you speak whatever that comes to your mind. it's essentially yapping instead of just one or two affirmations.)
there are three mandatory 5-10 minute sessions,
- in the morning as soon as you wake up
- in midday/afternoon
- right before you go to sleep at night.
! optional ! you can add in extra affirmation sessions in between.
as you rampage, i want you to pretend you're in an interview or telling someone about it.
the type off affirmations we'll do will be of two types:
- self concept (primary focus) : affirmations like "i always manifest super fast, it's so wonderful how everything works out easily for me etc."
- specific desire (secondary focus) : things like appearance change, money , sp , shifting, void etc.
out of these sessions you will NOT contradict yourself. no matter what you see, you have it already.
sessions :
SESSION 1 : In the morning as soon as you wake up, keep lying down for 5-10 minutes and do the rampage, talk to yourself about your SELF CONCEPT. get up and go about your day.
SESSION 2 : while bathing/eating/commuting/just chilling , start your rampage and be fully immersed in the scenario, this too will be for 5-10 minutes and we'll focus more on the SELF CONCEPT.
SESSION 3 : at night as you get ready to sleep, start talking about how you have your SPECIFIC DESIRE, keep thinking more about your specific desires with some self concept affirmations in the middle. fall asleep affirming about your desires.
OUT OF THESE SESSIONS, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT CONTRADICT YOURSELF. DO NOT TURN YOUR BACK ON YOUR AFFIRMATIONS. YEARS OF NEGATIVE THINKING HAVE GOTTEN YOU NOWHERE. TRY ACTUALLY THINKING IN YOUR FAVOUR AND PERSISTING IN IT.
SELF CONCEPT RAMPAGE : ` i love how i always get what i want. things always work out for me so good, literally i am the luckiest person alive. i'm so lucky, things always go my way. i love how fast and easy it is for me to get what i want. i love my manifesting abilities. i say i want it and i get it instantly. i'm so lucky!! i love how i get my desires quickly. i have my desires already. of course i always get what i want. of course things go my way. i'm such a master manifestor. `

just realized as a kid i kept shifting to parallel universes and just assumed “i must’ve dreamt it!”
for example, i’d be watching a 12 episode anime in my cr. then i’d go about my life, and then like a week later i’d go to binge watch it, it literally never existed in this new reality.
or when i was reading something and id go “i remember watching this in episode ___!” go to look up where to watch the episode and it says it’s under production for about another year…
reality shifting has always been real, people just call it different names! or don’t even realize they’ve been shifting before they could even process the concept

some tough love/wake up call for all the shifters/manifestors out there.
there is nothing. no one that can save you. you wake up everyday, scroll through tumblr/tiktok/pinterest/whatever the fuck and then go back to sleep thinking 'oh maybe i'll find a good enough method'. you keep hoping for some random miracle while still thinking of the same old sob story. you keep looking for new bloggers, new information, new method to try. well? you're still here aren't you? i don't see your desires around you.
you treat persistence as if it's a suggestion. then you're in people's askbox sending them messages like "WHY CAN'T I PERSIST?" you tell me. why can't you? why is it so hard for you to actually stay consistent with the thing YOU want. why is it so hard for you to stay thinking in YOUR favor?
no blogger, no tiktoker, no youtuber can shift or manifest for you. NO ONE. no one is coming to save your sorry ass. they're fucking lying if they say otherwise. ONLY YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF. how hard is it to actually stay firm in your mindset. you have the cheat code, you have the methods, you have your affirmations. how hard is it for you to stand the fuck up and decide? decide that you are getting the thing you want. decide that you are NOT taking ANYTHING else.
why do you keep waking up and repeating the loop? how much time has it been? weeks? months? years? and you've combed the entire internet for the SAME. DAMN. INFORMATION. again and again.
how many times are you going to think 'this time i'll get it' only to turn back around and waver. only to repeat this entire process. how hard is it for you to persist in what you want. you have had no trouble persisting in your negative thoughts all these years. do you truly want your desires or is thinking in your favor too much for you?
i get it, with someone who had ab*sive parents previously, persisting is hard. it takes strong determination to do so. but staying here? is that fucking sunshine and rainbows? why are you asking people how to persist. persisting is literally staying firm in your thoughts and NOT giving into your 3d or whatever bullshit you term it. as long as you keep reacting to the world around you, you will keep failing. when know that you have it and not take a no for example? that is when you get what you want. people have changed their lives so much. because they got off of other people's blogs and actually applied stuff into their lives. you want it that bad? get it. it's literally yours to grab. no one else will take it and hand it over to you.
normalise referring to ur "cr/or" as ur "pr" (previous reality) and referring to your dr as ur cr instead, bc if were following law of assumption....youre already there. So technically, ur dr is ur cr lol. hope this made sense
In this blog i'm going to do my best to explain the mechanism behind shifting that i mentioned in this blog, while also keeping it relatively simple and easy to understand (gonna avoid any complex terminology). Then i'm going to give you my two cents on how to implement this knowledge in your journey yay.
Your subconscious dictates your reality, meaning that whatever your subconscious expects and considers as true is what you are able to become aware of.
The collection of ‘truths’ (assumptions) that your subconscious holds create (subconscious) expectations, which are essentially what make you shift from reality to reality. The reason why it is correct to say that we shift all the time without being conscious of it, is because our subconscious holds plenty of expectations (about pretty much everything)that we don't know of (they're subconscious for a reason) .
So to make sure this is easy to understand:
Subconscious -> has expectations that we don’t necessarily know.
Expectations -> are what determines the realities that we become aware of.
Therefore, by not knowing which expectations we subconsciously hold, we don’t pay attention to these shifts, because we are not consciously intending them. It seems as if stuff just 'casually happens’.
Now, if you're reading this, you may or may not be the kind of person who tries to shift, wakes up, sees their cr, and (consciously) assumes that they cannot shift/ or that they are having trouble shifting. This happens because your subconscious expects you to wake up in your cr, despite trying to shift elsewhere.
Assuming that you can't shift and similar stuff on a conscious level once is not an issue per se, because as I said earlier, subconscious assumptions and expectations are the ones to dictate your reality.
However these subconscious expectations are built and maintained through patterns and repetition. Meaning that if everytime this scenarios happens, you go and repeat things like ''i can't shift' or ''shifting is hard for me'' you're only strenghtening the assumption that is preventing you from waking up in your dr in the first place.
It's also important to know that subconscious beliefs(or assumptions) and conscious ones are two separate things and that they can (and will) differ.
So if it ever happened to you to be very excited and convinced that you were going to shift to your desired reality on a specific day(or should i say night?), and you still woke up in your cr, you didn't do anything wrong during your method. Your subconscious simply didn't expect you to wake up in your desired reality.
Now luckily it's totally possible to change these expectations in your favor:
If you want to shift to your desired reality you must build subconscious assumptions and expectations that 'make you shift' in the same way: through patterns and repetition.
But how do you do that concretely?
From the way i see it, there’s two ways to go about it, and one of them is the most ‘promoted’ within the shifting community ( but funnily enough I think it’s the least efficient LOL).
The first way (the 'classic') you can shift knowing this is by directly creating the subconscious assumption that you already are in your dr. This usually looks like repeating affirmations like ‘’I am currently in my desired reality’’ back to back during an attempt, most of the time while you’re in an altered state of consciousness( theta state, ‘void’ state etc). If this sounds familiar it’s because that’s what most shifting methods are designed to do.
My ‘’issue’’ with this approach is that in order to shift you are supposed to "impress your subconscious on a time crunch" (during your method/attempt) and if that doesn’t happen, the already existing expectations will ‘prevail’. For example, up to this point your subconscious knew that you were in your cr and/or that you always wake up in your cr after an attempt. -> if a new assumption contradicting and erasing the previous one is not formed, you’re gonna keep on be aware of your previous reality ( in other words still be in your cr).
This leads us to the second (and imo better) way to go about things, which is, forming and engraving the assumption that you shift to your dr whenever you intend/attempt to. The reason I like this more is because it, so to say, kills all the birds with one stone.
Instead of trying to get your subconscious believe that you are in your dr every single time you want to shift there, you build up the subconscious belief/knowledge that whenever you intend to shift to a desired reality, you do. Whether it’s by falling asleep here and waking up there, or ‘meditating’ your way there etc. In a way, this technique is the shortest of cuts.
And unlike the previous one, it’s not ‘limited’ to the duration of your attempt.You can affirm this at any given moment, without it being weird (you could affirm that you’re in your dr outside of your attempt, but that could feel as if u were just lying to yourself LOL).
This is also what most ‘experienced shifters’ do without even necessarily knowing it:
-> As they shift to their drs more and more frequently, they start to affirm and believe (consciously and/or subconsciously) that shifting is easy for them (or if they’re used to using a specific method, they start to believe that they are able to shift using X method whenever they want).

When you strip away the quantum buzzwords, shifting is about redefining your sensory data. Right now, your brain is locked onto this reality because its reacting to what your eyes see and what your hands touch. To shift, you have to make your Dr more "real" to your awareness than the room you are currently sitting in.
Pick one specific sensation, just one. Thats the logic between "wr scent" or "script that a song will play when you shift" advices. It could be easy things like lavender, chocolate or your favorite perfume and as for sounds it could be sea waves, phone ringing or like I said , a song.
Force the 3d to match this. As you lie there, tell yourself "the reason I feel this bed under me is because it's my Dr bed." If you hear a car outside, it’s a car outside your Dr house. Youu are reinterpreting your current environment until your brain accepts the new context.
So many of you are done with loa, but usually, that’s because people use it as a magic spell. In reality, its a mental filter. If you wake up and think "dammit, im still here," you have just successfully manifested being here. Wake up and decide "im currently in my dr, but my vision hasn't fully rendered yet. I’m just going about my morning until the 3d catches up." It removes the frantic energy. You arent a seeker anymore, you know this reality is fleeting and temporary.
The biggest irony of shifting is that the more desperate you are to leave, the more you anchor yourself to the reality you’re trying to escape. Desperation is a massive tether to your cr. Think of it like this; if youre trying to fall asleep, and you stare at your eyelids and scream at your brain to SLEEP NOW, you will stay awake all night. Shifting requires that same letting go that falling asleep does.
Youve seen behind the curtain, you know the "one life, then dust" narrative is a scam and once you know that, you can't exactly go back to being a normal person. Treat this reality like a pre rcorded video. If you’re watching a movie and the main character is in jail, you don't panicking thinking you are in jail. You know you're the one sitting in the theater. When you wake up here, look at your walls and think "cute. Nice projection. But I know where I actually am." Do not let the 3d have the final word on your identity.
If you feel anxious version of yourself rising up, check these three things:
- Am I seeking proof? (If yes, you're acting like a mortal, when you're pure awareness and SHOULDN'T hand your power to anyone or anything else.)
- Am I waiting for a shift to happen? (If yes, you're placing the power outside yourself.)
- Am I defining myself by my current surroundings? (If yes, you're letting the 3d tell you youre bounded by this reality's rules instead of the pure awareness).
