Depression Owes me a Year
What a grand load of laughs this past year and few months has been. I should really have been having the time of my life, but with no legit excuses, I hit the lowest point of my depression after finishing University. Managed to leave with the highest grade possible, but I fell back into my seasonal, boring little hometown where the only jobs going were minimum wage care jobs, and I’ll be honest, not my cup of tea. Personal problems mounted up until literally all I did was sleep. I had lost all of my loves and interests and had become an unlikeable, intolerable mess.
It took some time but I eventually did some reading around, and came across some helpful depression material on storiedmind.com that placed all of my feelings into perspective.
So now, in a bid to counteract the 6 major problems in my life, I have rebooted my fitness journey, not just for the appearance benefits, but because I want to teach myself discipline, to know I can keep at something, and most importantly, to get my life back.
