i'm sorry, but it still truly boggles my mind that the pitt fans (mohan fans in specific) will go, 'all men in the pitt suck balls & deserve to choke & die in a ditch, EXCEPT for our beloved jack abbot, who's the only good & woke man in the whole show & therefore the only one worthy of our beloved samira', while staunchly ignoring the fact that he's a literal veteran & fucking works with swat as an hobby. 'but! it's all cool & fine, guys! bc clearly anything about jack & his actions that doesn't fit our carefully constructed fanon version of him is patently ooc! said 'character' that we obviously were able to establish in the grand total of 5 minutes of screentime he had in the 1st season! anyways mohabbot ftw!' like give me a fucking break.
