I always feel like I have to hide my low points from everyone. It almost feels like an unspoken rule that mental illness is best kept private and even though asking for help is encouraged its still a stigma. There are days you are not gonna be ok. Its gonna overload you. Its a part of being human! Never be afraid to talk about it and don't feel ashamed. We are all wandering around in the dark and only by speaking out can we guide each other.
