Honestly, one of my favorite random head canons for Baelor is that he's an excellent late night cook.

He's a night owl (not by choice), and more often than not he feels bad about making the servants stay up as late as he does, so when he gets hungry enough or the stress of the day can't seem to leave him, he'll go down in the kitchens and try to spend whatever time he has available for a quick meal.

it ends up being a bit of a communal meal if the guards are with him, and sometimes Maekar may come down for a free meal because as methodical as his brother is, his food is very tasty.
