Thoughts About “Us” Spoiler Alert
Why was tethered Adelaide so evil off the bat? She knew right away when meeting her original what she was gonna do to her. I guess she has free will too. It seems weird that her first instinct was to choke the original out and switch places when she had no idea what kind of life she lived.
How tf did adelaide become uncuffed from the bed?
When she did become free how come she couldn’t escape the tunnel? I get that there is some sort of control done by the person living on the surface, but tethered Adelaide didn’t get close enough to the funhouse for the original to be lead back up the stairs. And how was original Adelaide able to get the clones to organize and move freely if they were being controlled by their original counterpart above?
Surely more people have been in that funhouse so why didn’t they meet with their cloned selves, why was Adelaide the only one?
Thoughts aside, this movie was really great and very original.
