June update! I've been on a break! which is good because I was way too addicted (up to 12 hours a day D:) and went cold turkey! I'm currently at 235 shared items, 6313 downloads & 39 followers(!?) I haven't played in two months and it looks like they've increased a lot :O
i think i might change my profile picture. I don't know if i want to play more but i did upload something for the first time in months :)
Another update. 150 shared items oh boy. I also posted 2 more after this pic :O that means i've shared 80 in a month... I'm trying to cut down on my gametime. I'm down from 7 to 6 hrs a day >_<
Currently building this house but my game crashed and deleted half an hour of work 😩 so I'm taking a break.
I found a picture on Pinterest and checked out the book because artistic houses sounds fun. This was on page 18 and I loved how grand it was. I also found the real life mansion. Unfortunately it was demolished 100 years (almost exactly) though it is a little different from the image.

Update since my last post. I'm about to hit 1k downloads :) I've also uploaded way more. I was trying to upload my 75th but it wasn't working. darn.
I hit 60 posts and 800 downloads :O i never expected to have so many but i do post a lot... This was at 3 and since then I uploaded a few more :S
A-Frame on A Hill
First time participating in a Reddit build challenge. This time it's for modern A-Frames!
I immediately thought of Ansty Plum House which I've been wanting to recreate. But it's not an A-Frame - it's like half of one. I loved the split level on the hill part so I used it for basis of my build.
Left Top: the front of the house. ignore that awkward mound of dirt. It's supposed to covered by trees but they disappeared.
Left Bottom: the dramatic side glass skylight roof thing. The bottom floor has a kind of greenhouse 🌿
Right: the ground floor from the front door. The open living dining area and semi closed off kitchen.
Left Top: close up of kitchen + door that leads to laundry.
Left bottom: the hallway and activities area. Look at that view!
Right: the second level bedrooms. One with bunk beds and one with a double.
Left: My Sim chilling after some bad weather. The top floor is the master bedroom and glorious bathroom. Accessible via ladder.I had some trouble getting shots.
Right: some exterior shots. From the front and back. I wanted it to be surrounded by trees for maximum privacy and good vibes. I don't know how to landscape in sims (or real life)
The layouts of each floor. Apologies for the bad text. I was lazy 😿
There's also a basement but it's pretty insignificant. It just has some fitness equipment, a cupcake maker and junk.
And that's it! I spent too many hours on it 🥴 I had trouble with the layout. This is why I like to stick to existing floor plans.
I haven't posted to the gallery yet so I might make some minor adjustments.
First post since lockdown started? I have been putting off getting my laptop repaired so I had to wait until lockdown ended. Luckily it was quick and painless. It was still under warranty :) the whole screen had to be replaced :O
I've kinda neglected my Tumblr but I've posted A LOT (too much honestly - am I okay‽) onto the gallery.

Lately, I've been more into building houses that posting about them. I've just been really into building I don't know why. Anyway, here's one I made last week. A mid-century house from 1958. Mid century floorplans were how I got into this thing. I've been into earlier eras lately so it was nice to do this.
Two beds, one bath with plenty of space in the basement for another. I don't think I made many changes to this one because it all worked pretty well.
This is based on Design no. 4153 on page 8 of “Charming small homes” by Weyerhaeuser Sales Co. (1958) Available on archive.org.
Second house! : "The Saratoga" It has 4 bedrooms (okay, maybe more like 3.5) and 2 bathrooms. Based on another Victorian floorplan. Page 302 from Hodgson's low cost American homes - perspective views and floor plans of one hundred and fifty low priced houses by Fred T Hodgson (1913)
There were no windows in the plan so I had to make them up. I also replaced the basement and attic stairs with ladders. The basement also includes a nice bar. The attic could be used as another bedroom but it is only viewable by putting all the walls down. The pantry was converted into a bathroom because it needed another. Please ignore the lack of chimneys (whoops!)
The colours remind me of Paddington and a little Studio Ghibli :)

My first post on Tumblr! Forgive me if I mess something up. I wanted somewhere to post and archive my Sims creations (because it's currently my only hobby and I play a little too much😬) For the past few years, I've been making houses from vintage floorplans I find on Pinterest and have been meaning to upload them for ages. So here we are.
The original plan on the left is from page 11 of 1937 book Selected small homes: designs and floor plans for twenty-three small homes by Brown-Blodgett Co.
It's available on the sims gallery: look up "The Talmadge" or search for my account simmetosleep
