Learn to listen to the bodies messages. Check what your breath is doing. Are you breathing shallowly or fully. Is anxiety coming up? Starting to notice what’s happening in body and noticing the breath is the first step for awareness and mindfulness. Sometimes to get the control of your emotions you just need to take a really big and 100% mindful breath. This is what we explored in my yoga class tonight.
