He takes things very literally, like when Jouno tells him his breathing is loud, he actually starts holding his breath.

He also struggles with social cues, especially recognizing emotions in other people and responding to them. He replies bluntly to Jouno's anger, and doesn't seem to get his humor either most of the time.

Hyperfocused on something (in this case the ant colony) to the point Tachihara looks at him in confusion

Odd and very specific food preferences, like eating eggs with the shell on and combining foods/drinks that are the same color

Mirroring Jouno's body language, they both have their arms crossed
