Evan grew up always hanging out with the Black brothers and so he was always very close with Regulus and Sirius. Eventually, Evan grew up and away from Sirius just like Regulus did. Though Sirius and Regulus never spoke, never saw each other except through tainted, dirty lenses, Evan and Sirius never stopped nodding at each other in the corridors, acknowledging but never accepting the other for the ways they'd changed...it had been Sirius, after all, who had been the only one to see Evan cry when they were younger. Sirius had found him and wiped his tears and told him to toughen up or life would do it for him. Years later, when Regulus is gone, it's Evan who found Sirius to break the news, holding back tears in his own eyes; their brother is dead. Sirius, who Evan had seen angry a lot of times but never that angry, dove at Evan and tried to kill him with his bare hands. It's your fault. It's your fault. Those are his words. Eventually, James and the others broke in, prying Sirius off of Evan- who had done little to resist the call to death he's sure he deserves. That was the last time they ever spoke.

When Sirius learned that Evan died, he tried to feel nothing. Yet deep down, a boyish sort of longing to be messing around with his brothers again remaind- both his brothers. The boy who's eyes resembled his own, with curls dark as the night their stars haunted, and the boy whose hair was as white as the seafoam that clung to the shore.

Recently(about a week ago!) completed my AP Research official project, where i spent 8 months researching and conducting additional studies to prove a hypothesis.

And i wanted to talk about my research and the impacts!

i researched the impact of artificial intelligence on fandom spaces from 2020-now and if teens can properly identify it.

I mainly conducted it through a small-scaled charter school, but i used a mixed method research of interviews and surveys.

Originally, i received 75 survey responses and ended up conducting less than 15 interviews.

but, all-in-all, i found that (not surprisingly) ai has been impacting fandom spaces, BUT, teens struggle with identifying it.

So, in the future I’m planning on expanding my research and the gap to the keys of artificial intelligence specifically in ai writing that appeals to teenagers, and comparing ai writing and chats from covid to the most recent times.

One of the most painful things in some fics is Trans regulus finding Sirius later in life, and Sirius not recognizing him

au where evan’s death was a mercy kill. not by the aurors, but barty.

evan who was practically on the verge of dying and barty who was helplessly pleading with him, that he could get this fixed if evan would let him take him to st mungos.

but evan just took barty’s hand, kissing the palm of it before pressing it to his cheek as he told him to just get it over with because at least he’d get the honour of dying while staring into barty’s eyes.

james who wants to encourage toddler harry to gain more confidence, so he dares him to go into a shop and get the prettiest thing there for 20 pounds.

harry who gets out of the shop holding —a slightly confused— regulus' hand hostage, almost screaming "pa! i found pretty boy! he was free!!"
