When setbacks happen you can either let them destroy you or let them strengthen you. 🤕 currently going through the worst injury of my career. Torn MCL. Unable to play the game I love. Unable to carry on my daily training routine. It’s been frustrating! But in my mind there is only one choice. ⚽️🔐 get through it. Crying, complaining, and feeling sorry for yourself will not help you overcome. Be patient. Let your setbacks make you stronger.
