I want to respect male star wars fans SO MUCH because I hate conflict JUST for the sake of conflict.

But the idea that the arc of the martez sisters are the worst episodes in tcw….. It’s Ahsoka all over again. People take a look at two girl characters who are inexperienced in espionage, smuggling, fighting, etc and while saying what’s on their mind, and they’re the WORST sw characters and among the most hated like…. How can male sw fans get so annoyed at girls calling them sexist when this shit happens OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

The Martez arc ISN’T bad!!! It’s NOT a bad arc!! Rafa was fucking funny! You KNOW she would be liked if she was a guy! She’s another fucking Hondo without the crew for petes sake!

GOD I just can’t wait for years to go buy for this arc to be ANOTHER thing that fans realized they hated for literally no reason.

it was an essential arc imo it really fleshed ahsoka out as an individual when away from the jedi order which she was defined by more often than not in the previous seasons.

also, it offered a different perspective on the jedi and their hypocrisy and faults that i honestly think enhanced the siege of mandalore arc, as well as the readons why the order was doomed to fall in the first place.

furthermore, we’ve had arcs about literal droids and no one complained. it was a nice fun arc that served the greater purpose of the plot and story they were trying to tell. ahsoka fans like myself really enjoyed this same as the clone enthusiast i am loved the bad batch arc.
