classic survival horror game where your health bar exists, but is invisible to you and instead you have a pain meter that you can mitigate with pain-relief medication you find around the map, you can get hurt but you can only tell how low your health is by looking at your own wounds. you slowly lose the ability to tell how injured your body actually is. healing items are few and far between or not present at all
