Need to celebrate a small non-scale victory today !

At work today was a huge celebration with lots of cake and ice-cream. 

I didn't even have a lick of icing. 

Writing it down that seems so small and insignificant but to me, it was a big deal !!

It's become so easy to say "Tomorrow I'll do better" ! Well, today I did my best and I need to acknowledge and be proud - no matter how small that seems !
