Introducing some of my lil guys!! All of them are DCA-inspired, some are closer to the og lore, some are very much their own people
The lore is set in a universe where corporations still hold much power, AIs are going rogue left and right, but there is SOME acknowledgment of artificial life as, well, life... but not fully, not everywhere, and not for all. Gotta earn that right to be alive, yeah?

CHERNOBOG
Theater bot, Yarilo's brother. He's very, very unlucky. Was sold overseas and copes with that very badly.
Instead of acting on the stage himself, he stays in his private room while the empty robot bodies he puppeteers—the "dolls"—do all the job. Severely antisocial.
Moon subtype.
MR. STITCHES
Build-a-bear inspired DCA. You come to him with a scribble or a spoken idea of your newest character, and you go home with a newly made plushie of your blorbo! Keep him away from water and sticky glitter, it messes up his soft body horribly.
Other subtype.
YARILO
(Former) Theater bot, Cher's brother. Audience favorite, the "heroic" one of the two, even if he never asked for that status. Was severely dependent on Cher before, and didn't take him being sold well—at all.
Found a better use for their puppeteer ability. Currently doing crimes as a runaway rogue robot, all to get to his brother far, far away. He's not exactly feeling bad for what he does.
Sun subtype.
KHRONOS
"The Archivist", "KG" (he was called Knife guy the longest before he got an actual name, nickname stuck😭). One of the oldest true AIs ever made. Government-affiliated, acting on behalf of the humans, "representing" true AI in public, and hunting down rogue bots that cause way too much trouble. If he can help it? Just a factory reset would suffice. If he can't? The parts can have better uses regardless.
Khronos keeps records of all and every bot in current and past production. He constantly works at bettering himself, enhanching his body and his abilities.
Appreciator of all things creative. Natural for someone who was created to be an art restorationist in the past.
He works for the better good; for natural, and for artificial life both.
Sun subtype. He is... very tall.

hi :D sorry if this is rude/sounds like im nagging, but are you planning on continuing overshadowed? it was one of my favorite dca fics, but its totally fine if you dont continue it! i just hope you do cause its really good ^_^
Hi! Truth be told I've been on the hiatus for a loooong while now (duh), but I do want to continue it. Had a rush of energy lately! No promises about the "when", but have some complementary scribbles for OS Sun and Moon
