This kobold is taking on the Evil Space Dragon because he made his friend cry for stealing his favorite rock.
I like the idea of a Trigun style adventure where a character is chasing down this dragon. So I figure why not try making the final scene?

Tried drawing white on black to see how it changes the feel the art. Doesn't give me much room for shadows but I feel like I got the night sky feel right.
One art style I have always liked is the old graphic novel with an emphasis on black lines and solid colors. You can see it in my previous works. This is the first time I think I've finally tapped into that using pixel art. I've wanted this style for years and I'm really happy with this result. I want to do more like this when time permits!
School is kicking my butt and eating most of my free time. I am working on a 3d game, but game-making is sometimes unrewarding. Sometimes, I need to make something artistic within a few days.
I'm not taking any requests or commissions.
Made a new model to test out physics, staggering/dying animations. Also if anyone wants to follow the project I just opened up a discord server for updates. https://discord.gg/QVCmUw8Y
Made this for a Secret Santa event for Kobold Noble
So I've been working on a video game for the past few months. I don't want to reveal too much right now but I just need to share that I just learned a workflow for modeling, texturing, animation, importing to Godot, adding hitboxes and then playing it all out. A major hurdle that draws me closer to making a first person RPG like King's Field. And I can't wait to polish this more. It's gonna be big.
Started as a warm-up sketch but I really liked it so I cleaned it up a bit and added some details like scales and color.
I'm starting to get a hang of this style. Why not make something for my favorite kobold
Had some hang ups on trying to figure out the colors but it definitely paid out in the end
Another sketch colored in of my boy. Trying to figure out the best way to draw lines and add texture. The color was just bonus
Trying to figure out more ways to texture and get the anatomy down for dragons.

My last drawing I've recently made. Really loving this style of pixel art. Anyways I need to shift gears a bit and work on a smaller 2 month game project to see if I can generate any income. It'll definitely involve kobolds
I'm getting back to doing more pixel art. Started as sketch that I took to far. Only focusing on two colors. Really started to pop when I added the dithering.
