Life.

Tw : mention of suicide, death and abuse.

I lost my father yesterday, he committed suicide. I don't know how life took this turn but after all the abuse we went through, we were finally getting on good terms since he was taking his meds.

My life may look really perfect from other people's perspective but it's anything but perfect. My father left a huge debt on our head and if we don't pay it off, we might become homeless after 3 months. My siblings are young and my mom is not in a good state to work. Since my father was the only one working in your family things are much more complicated.

The day before it all happened, I was upset with him and didn't pick up his calls. I was upset because of how our situation was, the debt, my father not working anymore, etc. i remember when I got home the only thing he said to me was "you didn't pick up my calls. Are you upset with me?" And I still didn't respond to him. I thought as soon as I woke up, I'll tell him why I was upset and how much i wanted to help him solve this problem. But I never got the chance to. And I'll never be able to forgive myself for this.

I had become the breadwinner of my family and my father was really proud of me for working. He found his hope in me, that maybe I'll be able to make the situation better. And to blame my fate more, i can’t stop working. I am forced to work even in this situation because of the circumstances and I am not complaining. I know that this is my responsibility. I have got to save up for the funeral and the debts.

I guess like is difficult and I have got to deal with it.

This is a request. Any kind of help you can offer would mean the world for me and my family.

First of all, I stand with Palestine. If this is an issue for you, I do not want to hear it. Please find the unfollow and/or block buttons. This is not between me and you; it's between you and your conscience. 

My stance on the Genocide happening in Palestine and the reasoning behind this offer:

As mentioned in my previous post, I am putting my free reading offer and my PAC readings on hold. What is currently happening to the civilians in Palestine is truly atrocious, and I have no words to express the grief that I am feeling for them. The genocide unfolding right before our eyes is truly despicable, and I simply cannot comprehend how anyone can back this zionist apartheid colonial state that is Israel. The world is watching and seeing what Zionists and their apologists are doing, and the blood of the Palestinians is on their hands. They are complicit in their genocide. In the past few days, I have been m.i.a. because, for one, it is important to be a witness to these despicable crimes committed by the IDF and Zionist settlers alike. It's important to see and understand who supports Zionists and who is silent about the suffering of the people of Palestine. Language is important here, and I understand that Zionists do not equal every Jew, and the Israeli State as well as the IDF do not equal every Israeli. Secondly, I have spent numerous hours spreading awareness and educating myself on this Disaster. Speaking up and sharing their suffering is of utmost importance. Do not let them suffer in silence and without the world seeing it. Let's remember their stories, their faces, their hopes, and their dreams. Because yes, they are people, and yes, the human life lost in the past few days is devastating and tragic at best. I won't forget and I hope neither will you. It is so important to show up for these people and support them the best that we can, which is why I am offering a new service while putting all other things on hold.
