I think genuinely one of the things that irritates me the most about x-men tas and x-men 97 is how the new mutants have been treated in general.

Berto, Illyana, Warlock, Rahne, and Sam all have been seen and exist in universe but NONE OF THEM know each other. Dani has never made an appearance, which, INSANE! She's the main character idc what marvel wants you to think.

Like just imagine taking a character and stripping them of all of the defining moments of their youth and leaving a wet cardboard cutout of them and that's what you have. At this point I can't even go "at least they're in the show" BECAUSE THAT'S NOT THEM!! I don't know this person!
