Imagine being the little boy who played the eight year old version of Rimmer in that one episode. You're a little kid, you book an acting job, and they're just like "okay, we're just gonna tie you up upside down and dangle you there for this scene."

I'm putting this in a fanfic but I decided to share this tiny headcanon here anyway because I really like it. Rimmer has a memorial bench dedicated to himself in the observation dome.

I like to think Holo Rimmer has an internal clock inside him (as part of his lightbee). It should accurately tell him the time but of course since Rimmer has dyscalculia it doesn't.
