Alright, everyone, I hope no one has done something like this but.

Steven universe x Transformers.

And no this is not shipping or a crossover, Its a fusion of the two universes.

So my friend and I literally had a discussion about this whole thing, so I brought it here. So my ideas.

Orion Pax: a Jasper overcooked in the rock.

Optimus Prime: same as his former self but shatter and put back together with most of his gem replaced with Obsidian of a shattered prime from millions of years before.

Megatronous: a Jasper, that burst out of the rock with alarming strength, born to be a gladiator.

Megatron: Like his former self, but he tried to put a shard of obsidian in his gem, but it only corrupted him.

Bumblebee: a Ruby who burst out of the mould with skill before the war.

Ratchet: a peridot with a love for helping his fellow jems and has stuck by Orion for a couple million years

Starscream: a pearl who always was stiff and rude to everyone around him.

Arcee: a lapis who has a small crack that she gain in the war.

Most of the gems would probably have mechanical enhancements and even their 'bodies' scaring from pressure of the war or other stressful things.

Ya'll do whatever for this. I just wanted to rant about it, even add more. You can also change things around cause I'm probably not completely correct.

Who's the shady old guy who keeps rebuilding shattered gems and messing with them?

An obsidian, breaking off pieces of himself, shoving them into the new constructions to always be a strong influence on them?

Or is there a Black Diamond that is taking those shards from obsidians (or even pieces of himself) to influence important people and try to subvert the empire?

So, the Matrix of Leadership, but the voices/advice comes from the gem shards. First attempt at creating it failed and corrupted Megatron. Optimus was a success.

Or did Megatron just fail to bow to its will?

I haven't really expanded on it much, so I'll leave some of it for people to build off of, but I'll lay down some of the groundworks, of course feel free to modify it.

The shady old guy putting old prime gem shards in new primes is actually Primus. Completely shattering the gems of the new primes and putting them back together with an older primes gem shard, completely modifying the new primes.

And in this AU, I'd say Primus would be the black or white diamond in the centre of cybertron.

And I'm not too sure where megatron would have gotten the shard, but megatron operated on himself to try to get the shard into his gem but only to get corrupted when it fused with him.

The matrix, Its just a chunk of Primus to guide Optimus, definitely controlling what he says sometimes.
